Don't get discouraged, you will lose the weight if you work hard. I have lost 30 LBs by eating 6 small meals a day and working out for 4 times weekly doing 45 minutes of various cardio (mainly the ellipical or treadmill) followed by 30 minutes of circuit weight training. I reduced my fast food and stuck to a 1200 intake. Most important thing is to set realistic goals. I knew salads and fruit wouldn't last long. So I'm not really dieting, I just cut out the extra snacking and high calorie foods. I basically eat the same foods in smaller portions. I make sure to eat breakfasts and drink plenty of water. Good luck!

Remember that an adequate state of hydration must be maintained when using this product. Have at least 8 - 12 large glasses of water per day. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Taking more than the recommended dose will not improve results and may cause adverse reactions. For best results an appropriate weight gain eating plan and training programme should be followed. High intake of free-form amino acids may initially cause gastric discomfort in sensitive individuals - if this prolongs, reduce dosage or discontinue. Nutritional supplements should not replace a balanced, varied diet. Tolerance to lactose is variable - please seek advice as to the role of lactase in the diet.
Although I’ve been following your work for months, this is the first time I comment to ask you a question about your progressive overload method.
I’ve been stuck with the same weight in side lateral dumbbell raises for a while. I can perform the exercise with perfect form with 10kg (20lb) dumbbells for 10 or more reps. However, when I go up to 12,5kg (25lb) dumbbells I cannot get any rep with good form. Using momentum I am able to go to 7-8 reps at 25lb, but I can’t get any of them with good form.
